We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Area Sales Manager to become part of our ever-growing team. The role will be predominantly focus on specifying and selling compressed air solutions to various industries, but some cross over to other product groups may be required.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the right candidate will have a positive and driven outlook, ability to work to targets, ability to identify customer needs and provide industry leading solutions.
The right candidate will be able to work as part of a team and be an excellent communicator.
Based: Based from our Hull or Sheffield office the role will mainly cover the greater Sheffield, Doncaster and Hull regions (rarely staying overnight)
Working hours: Full time, 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Experience:
- No experience required as full training will be given but a background in sales or engineering is preferred
Essential requirements:
- Full driving license required
- Ability to live and work in the UK
Key responsibilities:
- Making appointments to meet new and existing customers
- Carrying out site surveys & understanding the customers’ requirements
- Making presentations to promote new products
- Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
- Processing quotations and updating the company’s computer records
- Working closely with the service department and pipefitting department
- Adhering to companies processes and procedures
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
- Recording orders and sending details to the main office
- Carrying out competitor analysis and understanding their products and services
- Going to conferences and seminars and keeping up with industry trends
- Meeting sales targets
- Reporting sales trends to your employer

From the compressor room to the factory floor, we plan energy efficient reliable solutions that are installed by our own team
We manufacture
All our ductwork is manufactured at our Brighouse head office to fit perfectly with our customers systems
We maintain
Our factory trained Service Engineers keep equipment in top condition with preventative maintenance and are on call 24/7 for the unexpected
